More than 7 days before tour date: Full refund (100%) will be provided.
3–7 days before tour date: 50% refund of the total amount.
Less than 3 days before tour date / No-show: No refund will be issued.
If we must cancel a tour due to unforeseen circumstances such as severe weather, safety issues, or insufficient participants, customers will receive a full refund or may choose to reschedule the tour.
Refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days to the original payment method.
Please note that bank or payment gateway fees (if applicable) may be deducted from the refunded amount.
Changes to the booking date or participant details must be requested at least 3 days before the tour and are subject to availability.
Some tours, promotions, or discounted tickets may be non-refundable. These will be clearly indicated at the time of booking.
