Morning/afternoon elephant tryout

Make a short morning or afternoon visit to the Phuket Elephant Care sanctuary where these gentle giants are allowed to live their final years roaming freely in a lush, tropical area with a big natural lake without being forced to work. Prepare fruits for the elephants and feed them before scrubbing their skin and rinsing off the mud with a rain shower.

Pickup by minivan from your hotel in Phuket
09:30 - 09:45 am.

Check-in at Phuket Elephant Care sanctuary in Naithon and enjoy coffee and tea including bread and some snacks
09:45 - 10:00 am.

Get an introduction in advanced ECO tourism from our nature-loving tour guides
10:00 - 10:20 am.

Prepare seasonal fruits for the elephants
10:20 - 10:40 am.

Feed the elephants
10:40 - 11:30 am.

Apply a mud spa to the elephant's skin
11:30 - 11:45 am.

Rinse off the mud with a rain shower
11:45 - 12:00 am.

Paint your own small magnetic elephant which you can take home as souvenir
12:00 - 12:30 am.
